DESCRIPTION

Conseils d'accompagnement:
- Ideal as an appetizer. Spread on plain mini toasts or fig toast, or on crackers with Guérande salt or poppy and pepper.
- To surprise your guests, you can make a parmentier with the rillettes: sauté carrots and shallots in a pan. Pour the rillettes into the mixture and cook. Make mashed potatoes and incorporate everything as in a classic parmentier.
- You can also make samosas or a crumble.
