DESCRIPTION

This is a traditional terrine made from coarsely chopped ingredients, enhanced with orange zest marinated in Grand Marnier.

Tasting Tips:
Serve chilled. For buffets, serve it cold alongside a salad of green asparagus tips dressed with light cream, orange juice, and sprinkled with chopped chives.

Store at room temperature. After opening, refrigerate and consume promptly.
