A terrine made with South-West France duck breast, perfect to serve as an appetizer with a fruity rosé or red wine.

DESCRIPTION

Diced duck breasts and leeks are confit and then mixed with a fine stuffing made from South-West France duck meat and duck foie gras, creating an extraordinarily tender terrine enhanced with hints of nutmeg, thyme, bay leaf, and Espelette pepper.

Tasting Tips:
You can serve the terrine chilled, enjoying it on thick slices of toasted country bread accompanied by a salad. A fruity red wine, such as our Merlot, or a rosé wine like our Syrah, will beautifully complement the flavors of this terrine.
