BLOCK FOIE GRAS TIN - 150g

An alternative between the fondant of the block and the strength of whole foie gras. This block has a nice smooth slice, marbled with pieces of whole foie gras.
Lightly seasoned with salt and pepper.
IGP certified (Foie Gras de Canard Sud-Ouest origin controlled).

Tasting tips:
Store in the refrigerator a few hours before serving. We recommend that you open the bottom of the box, remove one, and gently press the other. You can then slice it using a thin knife dipped in hot water.
