Sourced from South-West France goose farms, it is meticulously prepared according to the famous Comtesse du Barry recipe, using just the right amount of selected salt and pepper.

Tasting Tips:
Store the goose foie gras block in the refrigerator the day before serving. Take it out 15 minutes before serving. Slice or spread it at the very last moment because our products contain no coloring or preservatives and may develop a superficial grayish tint upon exposure to air, though this does not affect the taste.
