DESCRIPTION

This block of Duck Foie Gras, with its assertive character and creamy texture, comes from ducks raised in the South-West of France. Meticulously prepared according to the famous Comtesse du Barry recipe, it is seasoned with just the right amount of salt and pepper. It is perfect for enjoying simply as an appetizer, paired with a sweet white wine such as Sainte Croix du Mont Derenoncourt. It is also ideal for various foie gras preparations.

Tasting Tips:
To fully enjoy our duck foie gras, place the block in the refrigerator the day before serving. Take it out 15 minutes before serving to allow it to come to room temperature. Slice or spread it just before serving because our products are free from coloring and preservatives; exposure to air may cause slight discoloration on the surface, though this does not affect the taste.

Our foie gras blocks are particularly versatile for creating recipes such as sauces, crème brûlée, and stuffings.
